THE SUN. Tile sun sets to-day at 4.29 p.m. ; and rises to-morrow at 7.37 a.m. THE MOON. The moon set to-day at noon ; rises to-morrow at 1.11 a.m. WEATHER REPORT. Taken at Greymouth at 9 a.m. today.—Wind, east, fresh ; barometer, 30.31 ; thermometer, 35 ; tides, moderate ; sea, moderate swell. WEATHER FORECAST. The indications are for easterly moderate winds, and backing by east to north, then freshening. Weather fair to cloudy, but haze and cloudiness increasing after about twenty hours, when the barometer will probably be falling. Seas moderate and tides poor.

New Moon 6th 5.45 p.m. First Quarter 13th 8.30 a.m. Full Moon 20th 9.11 p.m. Last Quarter 29 th 0.47 a.m. Perigee 8th 8.24 p.m. Apogee 24th 1.12 p.m.
