The Caledonian gathering on Victoria Park will be Drought fo an appropriate finale by a grand Scottish concert in the Town Hall in the even!i»g. The whole budget of Scottish song has been traversed for items-and the gems of the bards will be headed by the leading local talent. An item tb which great interest attaches will be a bagpipe selection by -Mr. James Allan —not the Minister of Defence—-but-an able- exponent of bag pipe music, who will play a selection of airs. Mr. James Leitch, the wellknown Blackball violinist, will also (give a sell action. The vocalists include Mrs. 'McQueen, Miss Chunn, Miss Davidson and Messrs Ahi rid ere end Fraser. A rorn'et solo will be given by Mr. G. Kerr. Different dances will be given by the prize' Winners. Taken in all, it will be the finest concert ever heard on the West Coast. Book your seats early at The Bristol.
