WELLINGTON, March 12.-Johu Tail Ciaic. aged 68, formerly an employee ol the Government Printing Office, felt out of an upstairs window at his residence at Northland yesterday and was killed. It is believed that he had a panlytic stroke while’ looking out of the window. He was suffering from heart trouble. RETTING APPEAL.
