PEKIN, June 19. Tiong-Shai-Yi (the Premier) continues to refuse to return. He replied to Yuan-Shi-Kai—'“lf the President requires me better send a coffin.”
Liu-Seng-Hung, the Foreign Minister, has been appointed as temporary Premier.
