Theodore Hahn made an ordinary application for discharge in bankruptcy. Mr Guinness ‘appeared for the applicant, who was briefly examined, and the application granted. / The evidence in the above case- was concluded; this morning, and when the Court resumed at 2 p.m. legal opinions and law points were, submitted by the respective sidesThe main point in the case seems to he whether the Warden should or ibould have inflicted a fine instead of Cancelling the license. The defence admits that the conditions of the license were 1 hot carried out in toto but advanced a number of special reasons for this and also why a, fine, and not forfeiture, should have bekii made. His Honor reserved his decision.
