NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. t.
Mr. H. J. Brown, chairman of fhe British Empire Oilfields Company, Ltd., who arrived here from London last week, intimated to-day that Le is so satisfied with the potentialities of the New Zealand oilfields and the neighbourhood of New Plymouth that he has cabled for Mr. W. D. Henry, who inspected the above fields e-'dy th ; s year, to leave England immediately. He had received a reply to the effect that Mr. Henry would arrive here on January 16th. Mr. Brown stated that he had cab'ed Ihe Companys advisory engineer to endeavour to make the necessary arrangements to proceed to New Zealand in.the new year.
