THE MacNAMARAS SENTENCED. pb* pnasa association — oopnuont.] 'I NEW YORK, December 5. James MacNamara has been sentenced to imprisonment for life at Los Angelos and his brother to fifteen years. The prosecuting counsel denied that an alleged bargain had been made to secure the confession of accused and asked for a lighter sentence. The Judge declared that the accused did not deserve clemency.
