The Karnona is to take a cargo of 600,000 feet o [timber to Lyttelton. 'file Kitii sailed for Lyttelton direct early this morning with a full load of timber and coal. The Poherua arrived this afternoon from Dunedin direct. She sails for Westport and south to-night. The Wainui arrives from Wellington via porta ou Monday afternoon, and will sail early on Tuesday morning on her return. Air Galbraith, chief engineer of the ■s.s, Karnona, was married last week at, (ho residence of Mrs Bromley, Christchurch.
