DENTIST'S ESTATE FORMERLY OF FEILDING (Per Press Association) Wellington. February 27 A meeting of creditors was held today in the bankrupt estate of Sydney Ellison, dentist. Tlie total debts were set down at £548 and tlie deficiency at £77. The view was expressed that bankrupt’s position was due to a certain amount of ill-luck and imssibly various other private troubles and there was no call for harsh action. A motion was carried that the realisation of the assets he left in the hauls of the assignee, the assets to be disposed of privately or otherwise. (Some years ago Mr Ellison worked in Feilding as a dental mechanic.)
