He made the conductor follow him through, five ears to the engine where ho robbed tlie engineer, fireman and brakenian. He then jumped from the train as it wag entering Emo. He was surrounded in a farm house hut Frenette resisted the police who set fire to the bouse, forcing him to emerge and then shot him. He died in hospital at Emo later,
