PROGRESS JX FEILDING DISTRICT ' • Milk is now flowing like a river in the Feilding district. All cream collectors are at full programme, and the butter factories are in their stride For the season . Gradually the dairy have come to the opinion that the early, calver is the profit making cow, and it is the practice now toi bring in the cows early in the season. Spring has been rather tardy' in arriving, and one consequence is a shortage of feed, the growth of grass having been slow. The present fine weather wild be worth geld to the farmers if it' lajits for a couple of weeks; V ' ■
