Moss Wylie, was charged with negligently or recklessly driving a motor car thereby causing the death of Magnus Laing. {1 Ilis Honour, addressing the Grand Jury,, isaid if it was found that a motorist was travelling along a straight road at dusk with liis- lights on’ and ran down a cyclist going in the. same direction without knowing until the time o? the impact that the cyclist was there, the Jury would liavo' no difficulty in deciding that the motorist wnk not keeping a proper look out or that lie: was driving so fast as to makoi that precaution unavailing: , Tlie Grand Jury found/ a time hill.
