COURSE OF LECTURES AREA NEED “NEW ZEALAND YESTERDAY AND TO-DAY." Mr K. Ross, ALA., is <o give ft course of lectures in the Technical College, Fergusson street, beginning on the 12th inst.. on “New Zealand Yesterday and To-day." Tile course is to he given under tile auspices of the W.E.A. While the Feilding branch is very willing to enrol members at a noipinal fee, all the lectures ai'e free to the ♦public, and large attendances will he welcome. The .Maoris will he the subject of 11m first lecture. As the primary object of this short course is to stimulate thought and provoke interest in the future progress of our own country, the lectures will present both facts and problems. .
