Mr Dynes Fulton, chairman of directors of the New Zealand Co-op-erative Dairy Company, staled to-day that the directors lmd decided, upon the request, of the Prime Minister, to release Mr IT. 11. Sterling, general manager of the company. Air Sterling had signed an agreement with tlx* company for seven years, ol which less than two years and a hall had. elapsed. However, as Mr Coates considered Mr Sterling essential to the success of tho Railway Department, the directors in the public interest had unanimously decided to release Mr Sterling from his agreement its from November 2.N. P.I2S. Mr ('. ,T. Parlano, assistant manager, was appointed as Air Sterling's successor.
