CANBERRA CONDEMNED
GARDEN CITY RUN MAD (Aust. and N.Z. Cable). J’efth, April 26. Mr McCulum Smith, M.L.A., who recently inspected the Federal Capital said. Canberra was a garden city run mad under the control oi madmen. There had been a criminal waste of borrowed money and ho marvelled that the business men of NewSouth Wales and V ictoria had not protested. Mr Smith is a newspaper proprietor.
