LONDON TO BE LAUNCHED THE FIRST OF FOUR (Aust. and N.Z. Cable). Rugby, Sept. 12. The neA 10,000-tou cruiser London which was laxl down at Portsmouth in February, 1920, is to he launched on 'Wednesday.
