PROSECUTION DISMISSED. y (Per Press Association) * Wellington, Sept. 13. Mr Page, S.M., gave his reserved judgment to-day in the case of the Police v. Cecil Price, auctioneer, charged with selling liquor while acting as auctioneer for the Railway Department in the sale ol unclaimed luggage. The defence was that he was an agent of the Grown and therefore immune. Mr Page upholds this defence and dism.i ssed t lie in form ation.
