London, November 30. Mr Chamberlain stated that the Government and the Allies were considering the position of the ex-Kaiser and the Crown Prince. The Peace Conference would have the final decision. There was no indemnity too high for Germany. An indemnity had to be paid. Some of it might have to be paid in goods.
