GERMAN TRIP TO ENGLAND

Tljoy prqpeeded towards Ohatha?Ti, dropping bombs on the Isle of Thanet, and in the Sheerness and Chatham area. There were no army casualties, but one civilian was killed and six injured. The material damage done was slight. Our machines went up and the anti-aircraft guns were fired without result. The Secretary of the Admiralty reports that during the raid 107 naval ratings were killed and 86 wounded.
