DANGIOR OF CIVIL WAR
Potrograil, May 0. There was iv recurrence of riots on Eridav, resulting in bloodshed. The Council of Workmen and Soldiers issued a. warning which was placarded throughout tho city on Saturday, stating that live were killed and nine wounded on Nevsky Prospect on Frida.\ night. Other killings and wounding* might havo been avoided. Tlie Council requests soldiers to leavo their rifles in tho barracks when participating in demonstrations . Newspapers point out tho danger of civil war unless tho citizens and soldiers restrain themselves.
