ON THE HIGH SEAS.
THE EMDEN BOLTS AGAIN. BY ELECTBIO XELEGBAPH. —COFYBIGHT. PEB PEEBB ASSOCIATION. (Received Nov. 9, 9.15 a.m.) Perth, November 9. The steamer Paroo, from Singapore, reports that a British cruiser sighted the Emden near Penang, coaling from two storeships. The Emden bolted. The British cruiser sank one of the storeships and captured the other, a Greek collier. A German naval reserve lieutenant on board the captured collier, replying to a suggestion that the Emdcn's successful raids were due to someone on board being acquainted with the Eastern trade routes, declare "I'm the man!"
