{n another column, Mr HeniJ Bracy, manager for Mr J. C. Williamson, gives a preliminary notice of an important event — the coming to Feilding of Madame Ada Crossley. The visit of a great singer ia as rare as that of the white crane, and in additon to her great gifts as a contralto vocalist, Madame has a charming personality. On her present tour she has gathered round her an exceptionally strong concert party, the full strength of which will appear in Feilding. "Ada Crossley" is a name to conjure ' with in musical circles the world over, and it is only by a fortunate happening — a pleasant break in the tour — that has permitted the Crossley Company to give one concert in Feildmg. They should get a great welcome here on the 19th inst.
