TO-MORROW'S EVENTS. CHELTENHAM SPORTS, BULLS RACES. For to-morrow, the sports loving public will have plenty of opportunity for a good day's outing; The annual sports meeting of the Cheltenham Athletic Chib will be held on Mr J. Bruce's ground, and, as usual, an excellent programme will be offered. In the pedestrian events, large fields have come forward, and some keen contests may be anticipated. The handicapper, Mr J. Collingwood, proved so successful at the Feilding meeting on Boxing Day that there should . be sonle close finishes at Cheltenham. leading runners of the North Island are engaged for the meeting. Large fields have also accepted for the cycling events, including some firstclass men, so there enould be some fast races and hotly contested finishes. For the open hunters', maiden hunters', and pony jumping, the Club has received good nominations, and there will no doubt be some excellent jumping during the day. Altogether, the Uheltenham meeting should be well up to fche usual extremely good standard set by the club's meetings^ At Bulls the New Year meeting of the Rangitikei Racing Club will open to-morrow morning. Some good horseflesh is engaged for the 'meeting \ and the prospects are in favour of a clay's good racing, providing the weather is propitious.
