Auckland R.C. Steeplechase Meeting.
Auckland, June 10. At the settling for the North New Zealand Grand National Meeting the following sums were paid :- J. Prosser, £600; T. Wylie £565; E. J. Page £325 ;J. Chaafe £290 ; L. D. and N. A. Nathan £235 : J. Lynch £225 ; M. Deeble £150 ; R. Hannon, £150; Edwards £120; W. Best £115; F. Bross £100; E. O'Rorke £100 ; J. George, VV. Barr, J. Roulston, Mesdames Lennard and Raynes £90 each, smaller amounts bringing the total up to £4000.
