Cycling.

Last evening a bicycle road race waa held in Feildirig and a considerable aniqunt of interest was taken in the pvent both by cyclists and spectators, quite a crowd of the latter witnessing the start and the finish. The ..^competitors -22 in number -were started in Kimbolton Road, opposite the Manchester Hotel, and went along .theAwahuri Road to Lee's line and back, ;v the distance being about four miles.The race resulted in a fairly easy win for F.
