NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Feilding Borough Council will be held on THURSDAY, ihe 7th day of February, 1901, at which the following resolution adopted at a Special Meeting of the said Council on the 3rd January, will be submitted for confirmation, viz: — - " THAT a Special Rate of one fifth cf a penny in the pound be here by made upon the rateable value of tbe whole of the rateable property within the Borough of Feildin£,.for the purpose of paying interest on a loan of £379, to provide the Council's share (one half) of the cost of Forming, Bridging, Oulverting and Metalling Reid's Lice of Road, from Kimbolton Road to Makino Road, including cost of land required for deviation of road aod fencing same ; to be borrowed under 11 The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1898," and "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899"; such rate to date from the Ist day of April, 1901, and to be an annually recurring rate for 41 years, and payable in equal instalments on the first days of April and October in each year."
