That portion of the federal platform adopted at last year's conference favoring two houses of Federal Legislature to be rescinded as inconsistent with labor principles ; that in connection with the plebiscite to be taken next general elections on the { tariff question the labor candidates take no part in the advocacy of either free I trade or protection but pledge themselves to support that policy which gains the majority of votes.
