Q ■...,.. (Per Press Association) Wellington, January 27. A motion was made in Chambers today calling on the petitioners to show cause why the petition against Mr T. Wilson's return should not be removed from the file on the ground of not being sufficiently explicit. The Chief Justice ruled against the motion and dismissed the summons.
