The Petone Murder.

(Per Press Association) Wellington, January 25. In the Petone murder case another witness (Mrs Walters) deposed that on the day of the murder Bosher came to her place at Taita and said the reason he had called at Jones' was to get a parcel of books for her, which the murdered man had promised to send. Subsequently she found that the books had been in the possession of the accused for Home time. The case was further adjourned nntil tomorrow.
