CLERK’S WORK RECOGNISED. BONUS OF. £lO CHANTED. At Monday's meeting of the Tuakan Town Board a vote of thanks was passed to the clerk. Mr M. R. T). McGahan. for the efficient manner in which he had carried out his duties and the accurate and detailed way in which he lead presented the balance sheet. On the. motion of Mr A. F. Escott if was decided lo grant a bonus of £.lO to Mr McGahan for the additional service lie had rendered tinhoard during the past financial year.
