RAILWAY WORKERS ALSO SEEKING WAGE INCREASE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 16. A mass meeting of Wo burn Railway Workshops employees this, afternoon decided to support the claim of the A.S.R.S. for the increased wages. A resolution was carried asking for an increase of £1 a week for all railway employees and calling upon the national executive to take up immediately with the Government the questions of price control. limitation of company profits, and production planning.
