TABLE TENNIS: TOURNAMENT AT VALLEY
The North-east Valley Table Tennis Club has concluded one of the most successful tournaments held for some years. Three nights were required to run the very large number of entries through to finality. The results were as follows : Ladies’ A grade open singles: Miss Dorothy Leathley. - Ladies’ A and B handicap singles: Miss Dorothy Leathley/ Ladies r A grade open doubles; Misses D. and J. Leathley. Ladies’ A and B handicap doubles: Misses Rica Thomas and Edna Walkinshaw. Ladies’ B grade singles: Miss Rita Stuart. Ladies’ C and D handicap singles: Miss A. Wilson. Ladies’ C and D handicap doubles: Misses E.' McConnacliie and E. Smith. Men’s A open singles: N. Brown. Men’s A and B handicap sintrles: N. Brown. Men’s open doubles: N. Brown and L. Howe. Men’s A and B handicap doubles: E. Stanton and G. Downie. Men’s B open singles: E.
Schladt. Men’s C open singles: It. Johnstone. Men’s 0 handicap singles: W. Smith. Men’s C and D handicap doubles: J. Airey and J. Keane. Men’s D open singles: A. Walker. Men’s D handicap singles: It. Patterson.
