VOTING IS COMPULSORY IN N.S.W. LOCAL ELECTIONS
SYDNEY, July 16. Voting will be compulsory in all future local elections in New South Wales. The preferential system of.voting will be ÜBed in single members’ areas and proportional voting in other areas. t New rolls for these elections, which will be held on the first Saturday in December, are now being printed.
