WRIT SERVED TO STOP 8.8. C. BROADCASTING BULL-FIGHT
(Reo. G w,) LONDON, July 15. A writ was served on the 8,8,0, yesterday in an attempt to stop it from broadcasting a running commentary on ft bull fight next Saturday. It came from Mr Edmund McMiohaeL director of the Performing Animals Defence League, who said last night that an interim injunction would be sought on Friday, v The writ also asks for an injunction to restrain the 8.8. C, from broadcasting any other material calculated to make more difficult the plaintiff’s lawful campaign. for performing animals.
