SCOTLAND YARD SEARCH FOR MURDERER OF WOMEN
LONDO # \, July 14. Scotland Yard is connecting the death)of a Danish maid servant. Inge Peterson, who was found unconscious and gagged with her own underwear in her London employers’ kitchen, with 12 similar criminal assaults on women during the last; two months, and is working on the theory that another sex murderer of the Neville Heath type is abroad. . Scotland Yard is trailing a suspect known as “ Mr C.,” whose tabulated description tallies with that given of their assailant by several) women who have been attacked. The police are confronted with the same problem as in the Heath case. They have circulated photographs and the name of the man they want to interview, but although publication of his photograph might prevent harm to or murder of further women, it would prejudice the prosecution’s case.
