BLACKBALL MINE IDLE FOR FOURTH SUCCESSIVE DAY
GREYMOUTH, July 15., The Blackball State coal mine was idle again to-day—the fourth successive day. The men are adhering to their original decision to await the judgment of the. Coal Council on disputes referred to it b.v the union about working conditions in the mine, ptfrticularly rates of pay for development work in main dips.
