BETRAYER OF JEWS
DEATH SENTENCES ON DUTCH DEALER
(Rec. 10.35 a;m.) AMSTERDAM, November 4, A.special court sentenced to death a perfume dealer,' G. J. de Groot, for betraying Jews to : the Gestapo. De Groot allegedly received about £5 for every Jew, plus 10 per cent, of their confiscated property. 'lt was stated in court that de Groot regarded Jews as His greatest competitors.
