PLANS FOR WORLD ORGANISATION
NEW YORK, August 27,
Delegates from 30 countries have agreed to establish a world organisation of the teaching profession. The objects are to make education available to all without discrimination, improve the status of teachers, promote world peace, and work with the United Nations and other international bodies.
