CYCLONE IN PORTUGAL
((Rec. 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3. A message from Lisbon reports' that a violent local cyclone struck Vizela, in Northern Portugal, and lifted the roofs from scores of factories and houses. Windows were broken in nearly 'every building.
