DRUIDISM

The fortnightly meeting of Bay Lodge No. 18 was held in the St* Kilda Town Hall on Monday last, A.D. Bro. H. J. Small presiding over a good attendance of members and visitors. A lengthy list of .correspondence was dealt with, including a proposal for a pension scheme for members reaching the age of 65. The lodge decided to pay an official visit to Enterprise Lodge on .Wednesday, February 6, 1946. A new candidate was proposed for membership by Bro. R. Waring, and after being balloted for was initiated in a very efficient manner. Another candidate was proposed, and will be initiated into the lodge on Monday, February 11. It was agreed to institute a new type, of quarterly circular, conveying to all members of the lodge the proposed activities for the ensuing quarter and items of general interest to members. Supper was enjoyed by all, and at the conclusion of the meeting cards and table tennis were indulged in.
