SURRENDER SIGNING
AIR CHIEF ISITT TO REPRESENT DOMINION (Special.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 18.: The Prime Minister states that Air Vice-Marshal Isitt, head of the New Zealand Air Forces, will represent the Dominion at the signing of the. sur-
render by the Japanese representatives. He left New Zealand several days ago. The New Zealand cruiser Gambia will be among the ships to enter Tokio Bay when the surrender is signed.
