'THE MESSIAH'
The Dunedin Choral Society will give its' annual" performance pf ' Messiah ' in the Town Hall on Tuesday, Dceember 5, when Mr Stanley Olliver (conductor of the Royal Wellington Choral Union}'will be the guest conductor. A special" choir of 250 voices has been- rehearsing for some time, and will be accompanied by- the 4YA Orchestra, which is also being augmented for the occasion. A special feature of this year's performance will be the strong group of soloists, comprising Miss Rosaleen Hickmott (Wellington), Miss Mary Pratt (Dunedin), Mr Alfred Walmsley (Invercargill), and Mr Ken. Macaulay (Wellington),
