NEW CABINET COMPLETED
(Rec. 11.5 a.m.)- RUGBY, Oct. 9. The new Egyptian Premier, Ahmed Maher Pasha" has completed - his Cabinet, and will submit the names to the King for approval. All parties except the Wafd are represented. The new Premier has already appointed a; militarv governor of Egypt. He stated that the goal of his Government" was; democratic, and it believed in close: collaboration with Britain. ;?
