GANDHI RELIEVED
WAY CLEARED FOR CO-OPERATION (Rec. 11.3 a.m.) BOMBAY, Dec. 30. The Congress Working Committee has passed a resolution relieving Gandhi of the leadership of Congress and has also passed a resolution . absolving Gandhi from responsibility for Congress policy, thus clearing the way for co-op-eratiou in the war effort if the Bri-« tish response is adequate.
