OBITUARY

MR G. H. MORRALI There will be many people connected with commercial pursuits in Otago who will regret to learn' of the death of Mr Charles H. Morrell, which occurred in Dunedin on Sunday last. Mr Morrell came to New Zealand from the Old Country in the early ’Bo’s; he was then a young man, and for the greater part of his life he lived in this city. In his earlier days he was associated with the firm of JR. Hudson and Sous, and he will be remembered as one of the most popular and successful travellers on the road. Following this, he for many years managed the local branch of the Nestle and Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company. On his retirement from that company Mr Morrall entered into business on his own account, and continued these activities until ill-health compelled him to enter hospital a few weeks ago. He was one of the oldest members of the Commercial Travellers’ Club, and the sympathy of a wide circle of friends will be ex* tended to his widow and family.
