BEATTIE.—On August 20, 19+1, at the residence of his brother (J. Beattie), 55 Hunt street. Anderson’s Bay, Charles, loved husband of Ellen M. Beattie (late ot Naseby); aged 65 years.—The Fuperal will leave the above residence To-morrow (Thursday), the 21st inst., at 2 p.m., for the. Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—-B. M Lean and Son, funeral directors.

HYMEN.—On August 20, 1941, at the residence, 133 Leith street, Grace Linda, dearly loved daughter of the late David and Elizabeth Hymen; aged 49 years. Deeply mourned. Private interment from our Chapel on Friday, August 22.—C010 and Son, funeral directors.

KELLY.—On August 18, 1941, at Auckland (suddenly), Peter George, dearly beloved husband of Ada Kelly and only son of tho late Peter and Georgina Kelly (late of Kantangata), and loved brother of the late Mrs G. M. Henry, Auckland, and Mrs A. S. Paton, 54 Driver street, St. Kilda, Dunedin.

LECKIE—On August 19, 1941, at Wellington, Richard Morgan, late of North-east Valley, Dunedin. SUMMERS.—On August 20, 1941, at Dunedin, Henry Rudolph, beloved husband of the late Margaret Summers, late of Berwick; aged 86 years. Private interment.— Hugh Gourley Ltd., funeral directors.
