LATE TDEND CONTINUES ALL CLASSES FIRM steady tone of the nwrk®t during the put week wss maintained on the Dunedin Stock Exchange this morning. Businew was reported in Government stocks, tha 1949-52 issue gelling at £lO5 15s. - Buyer* did not advance so far in their quotes fop one or two other lines, but for the moat part this department remains steady. Banking, shipping, and insurance sections wem also steady. One or two alterations were recorded in meat-preserving lines. New Zealand Refrigerating were up slightly, but the centrin' Bting issue sppeara .to.be easy. A quota for Southland Frosen meat was advanned a shilling on Wednesday’s quotes. Boom sellers are appearing in the Iban and agency section. Westport coal eased slightly. Other lines are steady. SALES REPORTED. I —This Morning.— 4 par cent. Stock, 1949-52, £lO5 15s.
