EYELASH GROWTH
SIMPLE TREATMENT WITH OILS Eyelash growth depends to some extent upon health. Scalp dandruff demands attention if the lashes are inclined to fall. Apart from tinting pomades, cosmetics, etc., for immediate effect, you should use a vegetable oil to increase the lash growth. Mix together equal parts of castor and olive oil; apply with the finger tips in an upward movement after bathing the eyes with tepid boracie solution at night. With constant use these oils have a darkening tendency; upward growth is encouraged with the oil application. To impart colour for evening wear a heating cosmetic is permissible, but apply sparingly, and do not “ head ” the individual hairs. Trace out the brow line with, the black or brown eyebrow pencil, 1
