“TERRIBLE TOLL OF LIFE" MOTORIST SENT TO PRISON [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, January 26. Thomas George Hannam (26), of Palmerston North, was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment by Mr Justice Ostler on a charge of negligent driving causing bodily injury.
