Ministerial consent has been given to the resumption for three years of the export of white pine to Australia. Mr Langstone’s action is much appreciated by the "West Coast millers. It is stated that the North Island butter box factories are fully stocked for some months, and do not require West Coast supplies.—Greymouth Press Association.
